I hired Clean Cut Tree Experts over the summer to cut down a couple larger trees in my front yard as they were dead/dying. I got multiple quotes for this work before hiring Clean Cut. They were not the cheapest quote I received, but they did provide the scope of work I wanted which included grinding the stumps down. They did an amazing job removing my trees. They were very professional and cleaned up my yard very well before they left. Unfortunately they broke one of my windows while grinding the stump. They sent someone out right away to look at my window and within about a week they had someone come out and replace the piece of broken glass. This repair was also done very professional. I had roughly 20 trees that needed to be removed from my front and backyard. I first engaged with Sharolyn (who is my absolute favorite!) and she made me feel EXTREMELY comfortable and willing to proceed with a quote. We had the Clean Cut Tree Experts team remove 2 large trees from our property a couple of weeks ago and were impressed by the fantastic work they performed! The quote they provided to us was also the most affordable we received among several others we requested. I honestly don’t have enough good things to say about this company! Kyle and his team were professional, on-time, kept open communication with us at all times, and were also happy to answer any questions we had during the process. One of the trees we had was in a very tricky spot, very close to the house, and they had to use a crane to cut it down. They did it very seamlessly and easily. After getting a few estimates for our first experience with tree removal, we went with these guys. They came in $100 under other estimates, but it was also the professionalism on the phone and the fact that along with an estimate also a copy of insurance coverage. We had 3 very tall, dead, almost 70-year-old pine trees right on our property line with cable, phone and a few inches of electrical wires running through them. They were very prompt, got right to work with a 5-man crew and a lot of professional equipment. In 1 1/2 hours they were done, cleaned up and gone! You would never know anyone was here except now the ugly trees are gone. If I ever need anymore tree work, I most definitely will just call them. I would highly recommend them.

The office staff were very friendly. After the ice storm they were able to get out quicker than I expected. Working with the Clean Cut crew has been a great experience; we simply cannot say enough good things about them. We contacted them for an estimate and they responded, as well as added our job to their calendar in a reasonable amount of time. On 16 May 23, their arrival was punctual and they got quickly to work on a very big job. Their workload became even larger when we unfortunately realized that one of our 60′ maples that we initially thought only needed trimming was actually rotting. The crew was able to accommodate the addition of cutting down this tree and grinding the stump to their day. Even though it ended up being a long day for them, they continued to be kind and helpful. It should be noted that ours is not an easy yard to deal with; we are on a heavily wooded lot and we have a lot of landscaping beds. Even so, they treated our home with respect and their clean up was impeccable. We simply could not be happier with the work that Clean Cut provided. We love our lot and our trees dearly, and embrace taking good care of everything very seriously.
